The protection plan we provide for your Ion will cover at minimum the engine, transmission, transfer case and drive axle. More extensive service plans are also available to cover a wider range of mechanical and electrical components.

* Coverage for the Ion is available for model years: 2010 through 2023.

Upon the purchase of a new car, the manufacturer (Saturn) usually provides a limited warranty plan. When that plan expires the expense of repairs becomes your responsibility and you bear the cost of those repairs.

What is included in the Saturn Ion vehicle protection plan?

• 24 Hour Roadside Assistance - These services include: towing, battery jump start, flat tire assistance, fuel, oil, fluid and water delivery and lock out service.
• Rental Vehicle Assistance - In the event of a covered Mechanical Breakdown during the term of your coverage, you will be reimbursed for rental car expenses according to the schedule in your agreement.
• Tire Protection - If the tires on your vehicle are damaged during their normal life by glass, nails, or other road hazards, they will be repaired, or replaced if not repairable, by a new tire of like kind and quality.
• Trip Interruption - You can be reimbursed for meals and lodging up to 3 days if you are stranded because of a covered breakdown more than 100 miles away from your home.

• The age of your Saturn Ion.
• How many miles are on the vehicle.
• The type of service plan that you intend to purchase
• The deductable that you choose.
